Description
The proposal involves the widening/upgrading of Boundary Street from the Pacific Highway to Moore Street. Four free flowing lanes of traffic will be provided between Archer Street and Archbold Road with right and/or left turning lanes or bays at pacific highway, Archer Street, Archbold Road and Penshurst Street. The proposal also involves the widening of Archbold Road, Penshurst Street and Archer Street on their approaches to Boundary Street in order to improve access to and from these roads and reduce delays and congestion. This report has been prepared to asses the impacts of the proposal.
