The proposed upgrade of the pacific highway between Karuah and Buladelah involves the construction of two carriageways and removal of part of the existing carriageway along the pacific highway between a point about four kilometres north of the Karuah bridge and a point about 1.5 kilometres south of the Myall River bridge at Buladelah.
