Description
The proposed intersection upgrades are located approximately 10km north of Goulburn. The proposal involves upgrading the Towrang Road and Carrick Road intersections with the Hume Highway, to improve the safety of motorists travelling between Towring and Carrick Roads and the Hume Highway. The proposal would involve widening the median between the intersections and applying "seagull" treatments at the intersections. While having a generally low impact on the environment, there would be some adverse effects.
